The Golden Rule, gone with 9/11
This portion of the website will try to keep the “golden rule” fresh in our minds in our daily lives. We need to remember to treat each other right because we are the only friends we have. In our business lives, corporations and bosses pit us against each other to see who will do the most for the carrot. The least we can do is learn to be nice to each other since no one in government is watching out for our best interest.
When did hating your neighbor become the norm? Did 9/11 make it fashionable to hate? The thing about a principle is that it doesn’t change due to circumstance. These days people are more focused on each other’s differences than on what unites us. Consequently we are wasting our time and energy pointing fingers at our differences instead of uniting to help each other live better lives. (more)
