Scapegoats |
The corporatocray wants you to blame your troubles on their enemies. |
Every corrupt government needs a scapegoat to deflect anger coming from its subjects. In the case of the US it is the corporatocracy that needs a scapegoat. The scapegoat in Nazi Germany was the Jew, or more generally: anyone who was not a true Arian. The concept of the scapegoat is to find a group of people that can be pointed to as the cause of everyone’s troubles in life. “Life would be perfect if it wasn’t for _____.” Fill in the blank with anyone except the people who are in charge and causing all the real trouble. The corporatocracy scapegoats anyone who dares to try and knock it down. Anyone who sees the corporatocracy’s evils and attempts to point them out is an enemy of the corporatocracy. These enemies need to be marginalized, meaning: make the enemy’s claims seem as if they are coming from the lunatic fringe of society. If this can be accomplished successfully no other citizens will listen to them because they have been labeled "lunatics". In the US it is now acceptable to inter-change the words "lunatic" and "liberal".
In the US the corporatocracy labels their enemies: “liberals”. They define liberals as people who are unpatriotic because they do not support the corporatocracy. Of course the word corporatocracy is not used, but just calling liberals “unpatriotic” marginalizes them enough to keep them from being heard. This section of the website will not just be dedicated to watching how and when the corporatocracy scapegoats the liberals, but also to inform US citizens that liberals are actually on their side, which explains why liberals are demonized by the corporatocracy.
The first step in solving a problem is to admit that a problem exists. Likewise, we most first identify the real enemy before it can be destroyed or at least tamed. By allowing corporations to “privatize” every aspect of our lives we no longer have a say. People always worry about big government taking over our lives. Don’t forget that we can control our government, we elect them. If they don’t do what we say, we can cast them out in a re-call election. However, if a CEO decides to raise the cost of something like oh say oil, what are you going to do about it? A CEO is not an elected official, you can’t just vote for someone else or cast him out; he is there for life. You are powerless. Stop giving up your rights to the “private sector”. The “private sector” is not mom and pop, it is a giant corporation that is punished by the stock market if it dares to consider the human element in any decision.
Listen carefully at election time to which candidates speak of: “small government” and “privatization” as “good things”. These are the people who want to give away your rights. No matter how thick they lay on their belief in God and country, we have to see through that and protect our say in the daily matters of our lives. Our education system is crap; our healthcare system is crap; our environment: the air we breathe, the water we drink the food we eat is all becoming crap. Why? Because we have lost (given away) our only source of controls: our vote and our voice. You can’t vote when a system, such as healthcare is privatized. Privatization equals big corporation, big corporation equals money comes first. You can scream and shout all you want a corporation, the CEO may even feel sorry for you, but the stock price is the absolute ruler and the CEO must obey the numbers. It’s not even a choice for the CEOs, they must obey.
